The establishment itself is fine, but I went there with my younger siblings; we wanted something that had to be requested from the cashier. He served us very rudely, looking annoyed and acting as if he didn't want to be working at all. It’s not the first time I’ve seen him act this way—I’ve been there before, and he usually behaves like that. I don't know his name, but he’s a man who wears glasses held together with tape and has medium-length, slightly messy hair. He was working the shift on June 7th around 11 PM. If he doesn't want to work, why is he there?

Should be rated a s zero. I will never go to a CVS again. I had to go to the bathroom, as they were closing the pharmacy. I asked the lady for a key, she was rude about it made big deal about it up at the front of the store. Then I go in the bathroom after she begrudgingly unlocked it for me. There was no toilet paper. I could only suffer so much humiliation. I just left and my family made fun of me all the way home. What horrible people. What horrible service. What a degrading experience.

Won't take UPS packges, it says online that the package has to be 32 inch max. My package was 14 inch. JULIA working here denied because it looks big to her. No rules or regulations they can do whatever they want. For your reply I don't have time to file complaints, train your employees properly they are acting like they own the place and making any rules they can no wonder your business are closing everywhere.

I came in for a simple 2x2 photo which was done with attitude!!!! and I also needed copies of the documents. The employee (young male with long hair) first sent me to a self-service kiosk where I waited around 30 minutes, only to find out copies cannot even be made there. Afterwards, he could have done it himself but “forgot to connect the equipment.” Then came multiple excuses — no paper, then paper is available but the printer keeps jamming. Throughout the interaction, he appeared visibly annoyed, rolled his eyes, and showed a very disrespectful attitude. Overall, a frustrating and waste of time experience.

I have always shopped at CVS for quick run items to avoid the grocery stores but tonight I will not be returning. I did some Christmas shopping for the holidays and have had two packages delivered to CVS because our Amazon lockers are broken. I wanted to avoid any porch pirates stealing my things.( The expensive ones anyway) today I went to pick up a package and found out that one of the employees rejects packages and sends them back to the sender. I asked why would he reject a package and another employee told me that we, as paying customers, cannot use their address as our mailing address to receive packages. Mind you this company has this store as an access point to pick up packages. I let him know that this store was an option as an access point through the company I ordered from and all he did was shrug his shoulders and told me there was nothing they could do about it.
