Gibron Williams 7 months agoI have visited this location several times in the last 6 months at different times of the day but primarily in the evening at each visit I found the staff to be welcoming inviting and very helpful and able to solve any question or issue I may have had anytime of day. Customer service is particularly important to me because I work with clientele that require a significant amount of attention to detail and professionalism. I myself have been part of secret shoppers and I can tell you the staff at this store would grade very high in the quality and experience categories. If I have ever had to wait it was minimal and always polite in the follow-up. On this visit I noticed that they have a self-service printing for photography which I may take advantage of and I have included photographs of their kiosk system at this location. As someone who works with building brands CVS is doing well with the staff at this location to reinforce quality and build loyalty in their customer experience.
reckl3ssC0d3r 014 4 weeks agoI had a truly terrible experience at this CVS location while trying to get a passport photo for my 4 month old. This was honestly the worst customer experience I have had anywhere. It's really not that surprising that this location has one of the lowest reviews out of any CVS locations given its extremely combative, rude and unprofessional management. The employee who said he was the manager, Nitesh, immediately became dismissive, combative and aggressive when I said the passport photo was for an infant. He told me that these photos “never work,” that I would be wasting his time, and that he had better things to do. His tone was condescending and unprofessional from the start. I tried pointing out that taking passport photos for infants is not against CVS policy, but he wouldn't even let me speak repeatedly called me rude instead of trying to help or explain the process professionally. I understand infant passport photos can be more difficult, but that does not justify treating customers this way. A manager should be able to handle a simple request with basic respect and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.
Ybelhs Gnik 9 months agoI cannot thank the team at this CVS Pharmacy enough. After Walgreens left us stranded at the last minute without my husband’s seizure medication, I rushed here in a panic. The pharmacist on duty tonight was nothing short of incredible. He immediately recognized how urgent the situation was and jumped into action with true compassion and professionalism. He spent over 45 minutes on hold with Walgreens to try to get the prescription transferred—something he didn’t have to do, but chose to because he genuinely cared. His empathy, patience, and impeccable customer service turned one of the scariest days into a moment of relief and reassurance. If you value your loved one’s health and want to work with people you can truly trust, this is the pharmacy to come to. I wish I had gotten his name, because he deserves to be recognized. After such a stressful day, he was the kindest, most understanding person I could have encountered. I am beyond grateful for him and his team tonight.
Leidys Rosa Rodríguez Rodríguez 5 months agoI had a very disappointing experience at this CVS on Sunday, January 11th, 5:30PM. I felt poorly treated by the staff. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a customer. Customer service should be based on kindness, patience, and respect, especially in a place people go to for health-related needs. Sadly, this was not the case during my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training so future customers are treated with the courtesy they deserve.
Katherine H 5 months agoI had a great experience here. The pharmacist worked with me to find my prescriptions when there was an issue. I also may have been lucky but there was no line! I have literally never experienced that in my life at a pharmacy. Thank you pharmacy staff!
