When I visited to CVS I was greeted both times that I visited by warm friendly customer service at the front who went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Cannot speak for other people's experiences and I did come there in the morning the first time in the evening on this second visit and saw they could use a good review. This is one of the few CVS pharmacies that stocks a certain energy drink that I love that keeps selling out throughout town. Was clean organized and when I went there the restrooms were clean and well maintained. Cannot speak for the covid testing area or the MinuteClinic or the pharmacy. Also lots of parking and felt safe and welcome at this location both times I came. :)

Lovely new pharmacist there named Elizabeth who helped me transition my prescriptions from another pharmacy. She has been so helpful and delightful. I know how busy and chaotic it can be for retail pharmacists, I appreciate Elizabeth’s sincere empathy for some of my medication concerns. The staff seemed young and vibrant of positive energy. Keep it up!

I moved to Austin in Jan 2020 and to this DAY I still send all of my medication to this CVS. I even moved across town - that’s how satisfied and happy I am with their service! Today was exceptional however - the pharmacist who was working took his time to educate me on this new medication my MD sent. He was clearly busy but thought educating me on the risks and side effects of this drug to ensure my medical safety was more important. Thank you!!!

The Pharmacy Staff here has always been considerate, professional, and helpful. On my last visit, when I mentioned a request I'd made wasn't acknowledged on a refill. That issue was immediately corrected without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this Pharmacy.

The Minute Clinic is not helpful. My college-aged daughter went for an appt and they couldn’t wait 5 minutes for me to send our insurance card. They canceled her appt and turned her away. She was sick and away from home—no empathy from the ‘caring’ staff. I called to talk to someone and was on hold over 30 minutes before I requested a call back. That was two hours ago.
