I was not allowed within 10 feet of the store because my purse was “too big.” I asked the security guard, who was not in cvs clothing, if he could just follow me to my aisle to grab the one item needed and he rolled his eyes and laughed saying no. I could however lay my purse on the ground in front of the store… I walked next door to Office Depot and the sales associates happily helped me. Attached is a picture of my medium sized purse.

A woman in sunglasses (not security) told me to leave my small backpack by the exit. I had important documents inside and didn’t feel comfortable. As I walked by she started yelling “ew-ew” sitting all the way to the exit. If this is policy, they should have a SIGN and a proper security person explaining it, not a random person sitting next to him. So rude, like she owns the CVS.

Bye bye CVS! You now suck so bad I’m leaving after 20 years as a customer. First and foremost – you now have no employees! Everything is do it yourself registers with all of their annoying pesky issues. Secondly – one needs to attempt to find a non-existent employee to do something as simple as grab a product off the shelf, because every week more is locked up! Third – now you’ve reduced the pharmacy hours too! 4,5,6 –You are no longer allowed to use your own reusable shopping bag, you no longer have carts, and no baskets! There is ZERO reason to continue patronage here!!

I recently used the CVS on N Lamar, had a coupon and was unable to apply it, the customer service rep, before I was even able to call her, quickly ensured the coupon was applied. She was extremely helpful and made the experience seem seamless.

This place partnered down with the Office Depot next door and hired a booting/ towing company for their premises. Don't patronize this business, unless you want to have your vehicle towed. As a matter of fact, don't go anywhere near them.
