Not a good experience. After my order was not ready for an additional 20 minutes after I was promised it, I got someone else’s order in addition to mine, was shorted one of my own prints, they didn’t cut them, and I had to go to self check out to finish my transaction (that was already paid for online?) The woman at the print center was very rude and not super helpful.

The WORST CVS in Austin, and most likely america. Employees are RUDE, racist, and overly confrontational. I had an incredibly negative experience with TIFFANY. (Late 30s, black glasses, short, black hair.) She literally lost her freaking mind because I simply looked at her for blatantly following me around the store. (Incredibly close at that!!! She was almost touching me.) After I looked at her, she began screaming saying "SHE WASNT FOLLOWING ME AND IF I HAVE AN ATTITUDE I CAN LEAVE.." I ignored her, chuckled, and turned away to purchase my item (REMOVING MYSELF FROM THE SITUATION.) I walk past her with my item (MAKING NO EYE CONTACT AND SAYING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING) , sat it on the counter to OBVIOUSLY PAY, and she kept antagonizing me and trying to make me get an attitude. Repeating the same line, and asking if I "have a problem" (lol.) Again, I stayed COMPLETELY silent. I just wanted to purchase my item and go home. I'm exhausted from work lol, I literally didn't have the energy to fight back. She got so enraged by my lack of a response, that she started screaming to "get out since I can't follow her rules." (Not sure which rule but would LOVE to find out.) Mind you, her eyes were literally bulging out of her head, & veins protruding from her neck from yelling so loud. Again, I had not said a single word to her at this point. Just a passing glance and a chuckle. I sat my item on the counter, and approached her mid rant, asking why she was being so hateful? She just kept screaming the same line, ignoring my questions completely. I told her I'd pray for her, and still loved her even though she was being racist, and walked out. I walked back in to get her name for my report, and she snottily says "it's TIFFANY. It's on my NAME TAG!!!" (As if I can see that from the outside of the store, but I digress.) I just said "okay, have a great night" and left, ABSOLUTELY humiliated and Embarrassed. I never once raised my voice at her, and only spoke about 20 words max, while she yelled at me, insulted me, and attempted to intimate me from the second I walked in. I have NEVER received service like this in my entire life. I was in my work uniform and had just worked 12 hour shift. I have no problems paying for my items and didn't give off any indication that I would have issues paying so I have no idea where her biases came from. This store needs to be RETRAINED OR CLOSED IF THEY CANNOT TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT.

When team leads reprimand in front of customers it leaves a bad feeling for everyone except the manager on a power trip? The cashier was super kind and jovial even after being scolded needlessly by the manager on duty in front of me and several other customers.

I am writing to provide a detailed account of my recent experiences attempting to deposit money with CVS ON RIVERSIDE. Over the past two days, I have faced significant challenges in this process. On my first visit, I was informed by a staff member, a woman in a black shirt with glasses, that I would need to return another day due to their busy schedule of counting money. Undeterred, I returned today, only to encounter the same employee. As I approached the counter, I overheard her engaging in loud gossip, which included inappropriate language. When I inquired if I could make my deposit, she responded with a disdainful look and an unwelcoming attitude, suggesting a reluctance to assist me. As an entrepreneur, I believe that such behavior from employees can drive clients away, and I felt compelled to bring this to the attention of the owner before you loose any more clients. Manuel was so helpful! We got hit by a car near CVS and even though he could not show me the cameras, he gave me information of who to contact.
