African-American male employee was very kind. Other employee in black what looks like pajamas and AirPods was very rude and should consider working on his people skills if he’s going to work in a customer facing environment.

Couldn’t be happier with the staff at the CVS in Target on Charlotte. Always have the prescriptions ready in a timely manor and are always helpful and friendly when picking up.

I changed from Kroger’s to CVS for a particular drug because Pharmacist Heather helped facilitate a much better price for this costly drug.When I initially called, I was given the option of a call back rather than waiting on the phone. Call back and Pick up were good.

I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience with Heather due to her behavior. During my visit, the employee made several inappropriate remarks that were not only offensive but completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any setting. Heather several times during my interaction with her mocked me and made me feel like an inconvenience to her. At one point of the interaction when I asked about utilizing a good rx discount for my medication she laughed in my face. It is truly disappointing as well that she seemed to know literally nothing about her job and insisted that what I was requesting of my medication was completely made up, again truly disappointing that she was so confident on something she was completely wrong in. I’m not quite sure what I did to her without even speaking or knowing her but she truly took her anger out on me and with the verbiage she used I have never been more offended. Again , I really can’t reiterate how much I felt her hatred towards me when again all I did was just step up to the counter.

Great pharmacy. Only had a problem there once. Andrew is always helpful and professional. Only had a problem there once, the line was long and I waited forever as staffers had to fill, package, then repackage to correct stuff and look something up a second time. Maybe they were discombobulated because they were shorthanded or one was new to the job. I was just there to pick up a script that was supposed to be ready because I got a text saying that. Glad Andrew is back.
