It seems too many people blame pharmacies for insurance troubles. All I know is that the staff at this CVS is amazing. Kind, helpful, and prompt as you would hope. However they are also great at working people in a truly human way despite the weight they deal with day to day. I was forced to switch to CVS by my insurance company after decades of using Walgreens. The staff here has earned my loyalty in a way medical professional rarely do.

This CVS is awful. Please go somewhere else if you are able to. They constantly fill prescriptions late and clearly do not have the capacity to serve as many customers as they do - there are prescriptions littered all over the floor behind the counter. You can’t even call them on the phone. You are forced to send a message through the app and hope they call you back. It has now been 3 days since my medication was prescribed. They keep saying it will be available today and then they delay it until the next day over and over with no explanation

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at CVS Pharmacy, but this one finally pushed me to leave a review. Around 6:00 pm, I sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Two employees then came to the window, put up a “Drive Thru Closed” sign, and walked away—no apology, no explanation, no courtesy. When I went inside, someone in line told me they were laughing as they closed the window. Completely unprofessional. If this were a one-time issue, I wouldn’t say anything, but this location is consistently rude. I would change pharmacies if I could, but my insurance requires me to use CVS. Customers deserve basic respect.

Yvonne helped me with my prescription a couple of weeks ago and was fantastic. She immediately helped me with the price before I was even able to ask. She made my experience great!

The only issue was an rx being submitted and on hold due to insurance. Once it was ready to fill, the rx was not in stock. Product did not come in when I was told after requesting it. Two days later I checked. The product came in but the never filled rx until I went the day after. Very poor follow up as whole with CVS.
