The existing reviews are pretty old and CVS has taken steps to do better. I am much happier with the new text system that reminds me when a med is being filled, I can cancel the fill, I can get more info on the drug prescribed, very comprehensive. Wait times can be long and there is still just one line with no seating, so if you can go at a less busy time it helps with pickup. My scripts are always filled promptly and correctly.

This CVS IS THE WORST PHARMACY!!! I do Not understand why they are rude and those with serious medical conditions have to walk all the way to the back, because NO DRIVE THRU and they tell you they had to order and or it will be much longer than told for pickup. I hate my job uses them for prescriptions because Walgreens down the street from them, I’ve never once in 5 years had issues or the oh well attitudes! Would give them a Zero if it was an option

What a joke. I walked in and not one employee was to be found for at least 10 minutes. I had to walk all the way to the back to the pharmacy to have the STORE MANAGER, Ahmed, paged to come check me out. On top of that, I was picking up family photos that were just sitting there on the printer for anyone to just take. Not like there were any employees there to stop anyone from taking whatever they wanted. Shut this place down. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Never had such a terrible experience. Liquid antibiotics were prescribed for my son for 7 days but that hardly lasted for 6 days. When I called them, they were reluctant to provide two additional doses. They were considering the request as a new prescription, and that I will have to pay an additional for the same. How experienced a pharmacist needs to be to understand that basic math of totaling. I have received antibiotics from other locations and pharmacies before; they even consider adding a little extra since if its liquid it has a chance of spilling while giving it to a three year old. I will not recommend anyone to send their prescription to this location.

For a mission-critical service such as a pharmacy to close for 30min in the middle of peak volume makes zero sense. 1:30-2pm? You need a staggered staff schedule where you always have someone on hand for handling pickups. Even longer waits due to reduced staff is much better than forcing a customer to come back to the store later. Everyone absolutely deserves a lunch break; it doesn’t need to be all at once.
