They are never open when they say they will be, they constantly have an attitude with you, especially the woman working the window today. And somehow, my prescriptions never go through and I have to constantly call my doctors office to verify that they sent over my medication. I tried picking up my medication at 8am this morning when they said they’d be open, there’s a note on the window saying they wont open until 9am. I come back right at 9am. The lady tells me she has no prescription for me, I try showing her my paperwork that my doctor sent me showing me that they sent my prescription to this location, she doesn’t even look at it and tells me she doesn’t have it. She makes me call my doctors office, the nurse says she sent it yesterday so I relay that information to the woman in the window, who is still copping an attitude with me saying she doesn’t have it. The nurse says she will resend it but it was already sent, the woman in the window says she still doesn’t have it before I can even hang up with my doctors office. Then not even 30 seconds later, she receives it and once again has a horrible attitude. I’m switching pharmacies, I’ve had this situation happen more than once and I’m tired of it. The last thing I was to deal with when I’m sick is having some lady taking her issues out on me, instead of working with me to help me.

Went in, found everything I needed. It was empty so I didn’t have to wait. Plenty of parking and super friendly staff!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Linda at this location. I came in late on a Friday evening to deal with the UPS Access Point, and she went absolutely above and beyond to help me. Linda was not only super helpful but demonstrated a level of empathy and compassion that you rarely see these days. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive one. This store has a lot of great workers, but Linda is truly one of the best. Thank you for the kindness!

Just gave birth a couple days ago and trying to call quickly to ask a question about my prescription. You can't speak to a human when you call, and the machine hangs up on you if you try to get to an associate. I don't have the time or energy right now to wait for a response. I've had less than three hours of sleep in the past two days. We're definitely switching back to Walgreens because this is unacceptable.

Hours are WRONG! They are NOT open past 6 on Saturday- I wished I had 1$ for every extra trip wasted going here for us run around... I could retire tomorrow
