I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacy technician I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the entire visit frustrating and uncomfortable. Instead of being helpful, the attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. On top of that, the service was slow and poorly organized, with little effort to communicate delays or provide clear information. A pharmacy should be a place where patients feel supported and respected, but that was not the case here. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this location.

I have always liked CVS ans shopped there for many years. 2 recent incidences make me think twice, in spite of the cash back deals. I experienced a rude and less than helpful staff at the Charlotte Ave location a week ago. But today on Hillsboro Village, I had ordered prints for presents and they were not only there. They apparently had run out of paper for awhile..2 days before Christmas??? Really??? No excuses and so much for my presents..

Not a great experience. One of the kiosks you use to check in (why can't I just speak to a person) wasn't working. Wait time was reasonable, I will say. My prescription specifically said "Counsel- new drug". However I was not asked if I had any questions or needed to speak with the pharmacist, while all the customers ahead of me (whose interactions I overheard while trying to operate the kiosk) were.

Great service at CVS in Green Hills! Expert Practitioner who is knowledgeable, competent, caring, and timely. If you need or desire great service when you need an office visit when you are not feeling well, go the CVS in Green Hills. You will be glad that you did!

CVS Minute Clinic is the best, very thorough, great at following up. I also love that CVS carry some great products very hard to find anywhere else
