Behind the counter it was just more a smiling face it is a person that care about you in your health it is the store manager setting the pace to Matt Lipe sending me reminders telling me about the CVS app a great tool and as a customer I am very happy and satisfied thank you Matt Lipe

They have the worst call answering service I have ever experienced. It has limited options, doesn’t understand what I’m saying, and when it finally runs out of prompts and I get the option to talk to an actual person it just ends the call instead of transferring. I’m thankful this is a one off and not my normal pharmacy but I will never use CVS again if there are any other options.

CVS can’t spell customer service and they simply don’t care. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I only do now because my insurance is locked into them. I despize CVS

This CVS at 91st and Sheridan is always quick helpful and friendly.

A lot of homeless people and people on drugs are hanging around that store location. I went there for the first time last week and a guy,noticeable high, came in and verbally assaulted the Associates working there. It was a bit scary. I will not go to this location again. The Associates themselves are super nice and helpful.
