I want to PRAISE crew member Hannah at CVS on 17th and Yale in Tulsa. She has the best combination between Professionalism and Friendliness. Some crew are to professional and come off sounding mean. Some are to friendly and then sound silly. Hannah is the perfect balance between the two. She should be a training instructor. I take ALOT of meds and sometimes I come in anxious. She always puts me at ease - and I always leave with a smile on my face. THANKS !!!

I occasionally shop target but im never disappointed, theres always a steady flow of shoppers, always clean, and organized good selection of merchandise always stocked, the atmosphere has a great upbeat friendly vibe, between customers and employees they mesh so well if they weren't wearing there uniform u couldn't tell who's who, they r available, knowledgeable about their store and merchandise if u need help with anything u can find someone rite away and genuinely nice,the shopping experience here is unexpectedly impressive as soon as u walk in the door, is so wecoming, u can feel the buzz but yet its calming, ive been to many shops from coast to coast, im 50+ and This Target is hands down the best shopping experience I've ever had, this was my 6th visit to this store since July and it has been the same everytime So I thought I would share my thoughts about my experience here and hope if u come to this store or any store its a great one, Happy New Year Be Safe Everyone

When transferring a prescription from another pharmacy, I would expect the receiving pharmacy to check the stock on the medication before going through with the transfer. That didn't happen here. I was told, after they transferred the Rx, on a Friday, that since the medication wasn't in stock, it would be ordered in for Monday. Monday came and went and the prescription wasn't filled. I called the pharmacy on Tuesday and was told that only part of the medication came in on Monday. I have worked at multiple pharmacies over the course of 13 years and it is astounding to me that the pharmacy staff, once realizing the order couldn't be fulfilled on the day the patient was told, did not call me to communicate or apologize that it would not be ready that day. That's absolutely unacceptable behavior. Once the Rx was ready, literal days later, I was given no acknowledgement or apology that the pharmacy had completely dropped the ball in more ways than one. Absolutely would not go here if given another option.

I recently needed my RX at this CVS /Target and was thoroughly impressed by both the speed and impeccable service. The staff was great were very helpful and answered all our questions. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our fears of taking a new drug was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend this CVS Target enough for a fantastic experience.
