Went with my husband to get a Tdap vaccine on 5/26/26 around 11:30am. The pharmacy technician was incredibly rude. After my husband said he was needing a vaccine she said "Can I get your name? Your address? Your information? Or anything?" like we were trying to purposefully withhold information or something. We both used to be pharmacy techs so we know that working in retail pharmacy is very stressful and patients can be hateful, but it was honestly so insane being spoken to like that for no apparent reason other than we bothered being there.

Awful experience. Two pharmacist (young female and old male) refused to help me. Female knew what I was talking about but ignored to help me. Male was shouting out my personal information loud enough for people to hear my personal information . This will be reported to higher ups. Absolutely no respect for patients.

I was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in November 2024, and life has been a major adjustment ever since. Managing this condition is hard enough without having to worry about getting access to life-saving medication like insulin. Unfortunately, my experience at this pharmacy has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. On one occasion, I came in needing insulin, and instead of a sense of urgency or willingness to help, the staff seemed more focused on their lunch break. While I was still speaking with someone behind the counter, another employee began closing the service window above my head mid-conversation, simply stating, “We’ll call you with an update,” and shutting the window. Later, when I was notified my insulin was ready, I returned to pick it up. As I approached the counter, I overheard one of the technicians say, “Oh no, he is here,” clearly in reference to me. I was deeply disappointed by this unprofessional and dismissive behavior. I chose to remain calm, collected my medication, and left—but that moment stayed with me. I don’t expect special treatment—just basic respect, empathy, and professionalism, especially when it comes to healthcare. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and as a result, I’ve decided to transfer my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

This is not a real CVS store They use Target cashier terminals! So you can't do anything like add to your cash app add to your Varo account or anything else what a waste of my time! 😕

I love this CVS. Always fast on filling my prescription, they're friendly and always professional.
