This is the most helpful pharmacy. They call you back when you have questions and look for alternatives if your medication’s are out of stock. Trish one of the pharmacists is very knowledgeable and kind. I definitely recommend using them.

I usually a good experience here. Only four days ago did I refill two of my prescriptions. I have not filled either since July 7. It is September 3. When I looked on the app, it looks like they sent one of my prescriptions back. So I called in and left a voicemail. They returned my call quickly. However, they informed me that they sent one of them back, even though the other one was available for pick up and she gave me attitude over the phone. Asking me what the issue is with that one that was ready. I said the issue is that you filled one of them and the other ones not available now. She said we can refill it. I said how long do you guys hold your prescriptions. She said 14 days. I couldn’t even argue with the stupidity. It’s literally been less than a week and they only sent one back but then kept the other one. Come on y’all get it together, please

Every time I come here I have to wait 20 minutes for my 2 second interaction getting my filled prescription. I asked the woman at the window why it takes so long and she said some cases are complicated. Complicated cases shouldn’t be handled at the drive through then. I had a line of cars behind me down the block because the one car in front of me was “having a complicated case”. Absolutely ridiculous. I was the first car to get behind it so I was hopeful it wouldn’t take long, and I was wrong. This happens everytime I come here. I’ve told my doctor so many times which pharmacy I would prefer and she keeps prescribing my medicine to this one. I will make sure next time she knows I won’t be returning.

One star since this store is a disgrace to others. The pharmacist is rude and hostile to customers and workers in store. They need to be trained better or let go. Not to mention the attitude of the store manager is just as horrible. I will never be back. This location sucks. Especially with leaving one worker by themselves all day.

Pharmacist is hateful and very unprofessional. Speaks very ill of customers/patients. Immediate attitude upon answering the phone and during phone calls.
