We just went to grab some pain reliever at our local CVS store on 101st and Memorial in Tulsa, OK. The store was well stocked, clean, & the sale price labels were clearly marked. Ethan assisted us in our purchase at the register. He was very friendly and a knowledgeable person. We appreciated the respect and easy going chat he had with us. Which made us feel like people and not just another customer to ring up and hurry out the door. Thank You for a wonderful experience!

I am extremely disappointed with the pharmacy service at this CVS location. I received a call at 12:25 PM stating my prescription would be ready within the hour. However, when I arrived five hours later, they couldn't find it. Turns out, it had been sent back to the original pharmacy. When I asked the supervisor why no one called me, he simply said, 'I don't know, I was busy.' This is unacceptable. I wasted my time and gas due to their error and lack of communication. I'll be transferring my prescriptions and doing my business elsewhere

They’ve been overcharging me and not submitting my medications to my insurance company. To add aggravation to the issue, the employee who called me back was hugely impolite, immediately defensive, and unapologetically told me it’s my responsibility to make sure my prescriptions are being charged to the insurance company? How is it my responsibility to make sure the pharmacy employees perform their basic job duties? He then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Wow CVS - way to hire quality pharmacy employees with a genuine concern for your patient/customer needs.

Ever since they switched to an AI bot for refilling prescriptions it has been absolutely horrible. I can't even submit my requests. I'm going to have to go inside the store. Absolutely horrible. The voice prompt system they used to have worked great! Bring it back. AI sucks!!!!

DRIVE THRU OUT OF ORDER!! So they offer no alternative for drive up. Out of order sign looks like its been up awhile. Sick with flu and have to go in expose all others and wait 15 min in line to pick up rx...The response to this complaint is obviously an automated one which makes the response worse than no response from owner.
