Every one of them should be fired, I can’t think of one time I’ve been in there and got help for anything, but this time I had a person really sick and I asked for tylonal pain medicine and tylonal cream and they just kept pointing, one lady said she be over there but never came by, then the pharmacy said ask for someone in the front, I explained they told me pharmacist can help and she ignored me. When I finally got help all the supplies were empty, unbelievable. I’ll never shop in there again, I got better help at Walmart

My complaint is for all CVS pharmacies in general. When I tried to call multiple stores to try to speak to a real person the automated system kept asking me for DOB thinking I had a prescription there. Then it asks for a RX # that I didn’t have. It took almost 5min to get to where you have to leave a VM. The fact you cant simply call & ask a pharmacist a question is aggravating. You have to leave a VM & wait for a call back that may never come. Unbelievable. I will NEVER spend my money at a pharmacy that I can’t call & speak to when I have a question.

response from CVS: if it was one occasion it would be different, but it has been several times and you guys have put my health at risk. Your response no one cares for because we know nothing will get better. CVS is a joke. Original message: the pharmacy department is an absolute mess. over the last 5 years i have had to deal with CVS due to insurance and every year it just gets worse. The techs are not very smart at all and there are always medicine issues and they never have stock. then you have to keep calling back to get them to fill the stock. i'm so done with this cvs we are moving to walgreens. yes, they have inventory 90 percent of the time

The pharmacy is horrible. Staff is rude, no one returns phone calls, takes several days to get prescriptions filled, and they don't care if you run out in the meantime. This location has gone downhill.

I love the self-checkout, when the cashier doesn't put in my birthday as 1687 cause she's not paying attention and makes the process 10 times harder. The staff here are never friendly, it's very rare to even get a 'hello' or a glance in your direction when you walk in. As someone who works in customer service, nobody here knows what good customer service is. I'll be going elsewhere from now on, even if it is further out of my way.
