Sorry This is my first ever bad review but I had to do it. It’s been over a year since this place went down so bad I will never go back here. Hardly every anyone is at the cashier to help. 3 times In a row I came and they were out of propanie gas and said they need to order… plus guarantee you will have to stand in a line really long because there is an issue with the check out system…

Standard CVS store and pharmacy in Tulsa. Picked up a prescription for a relative without issue. They have lots of stuff to shop - makeup, nail polish, toiletries, medicine, gifts, stationary and craft supplies, toys, candy, tons of greeting cards, and more. I went a few days after Christmas and they had lots of christmas or holiday items on sale.

No one in line at the pharmacy when I approached the counter. After a bit someone yelled, "We'll be with you in a minute." I couldn't tell who it was because not one of the 6 employees in the pharmacy were looking at me. The only interaction I had with the clerk was "sign that" after she rang up my purchase. Was kind of hoping CVS might be a bit better than Walgreens, but apparently not.

CVS continues to offer me great service from moment I walk in and walk out. They are there for me guide and lead me with my questions about products available to meet needs. The pharmacy is top notch, working together. The photo department exceeds my expectations. I keep coming back.

Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. No sense of an interest in being helpful or accommodating. No explanation for how a prescription called in 3 hours in advance requires a 30 min wait other than, “the pharmacist is just getting around to it.”
