Visiting from Los Angeles, been working as a pharmacist myself for 3 years, haven’t encountered such incompetent and rude staff. I worked at CVS too and understood that it gets busy and crazy sometimes but acting like jerks and arrogants. My coworkers were at least willing to talk and have 1% humanely behaviour, unlike staff at this CVS.

Thought Bexley was nice. But the CVS pharmacy too busy to give good service. (Sometimes ALL registers are closed! Confusing when you need to pick up a CV prescription! ) & sometimes registers clerk gives (wrong) info on scripts - not good! Front of the store - totally different- nice helpful people. Had to make 2 trips & wait to pick up my scripts, cuz phone info wrong, online didn’t work, couldn’t get a live person on the phone. Very inconvenient. Transferring my scripts to another drug store

I get all my prescriptions through CVS at 2532 E. Main Street in Bexley Ohio. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. A lot of times the staff are busy and you need to leave a message. I never did that until recently because it annoyed me. Once I did, the staff returned my call promptly and answered my question. Sunny called me back today and was so helpful. The young lady at the window greeted me with a smile. I’m so impressed with the staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

Don't expect to get anything filled in a timely manner. Always call and clarify they even looked at your prescription before going in or you'll have wasted your time driving there just to be told it'll be HOURS until it actually gets filled. Choose a different pharmacy.

Terribly rude and arrogant treatment by CVS employee/cashier. She actually threatened not to give prescription after making me wait over ten minutes at vacated register she had directed me to (and was not hunting for medication order), apparently resenting when I asked for service.
