Great experience at the minute clinic. Brittany Mason was the NP. Wish I could remember the nurses name because she was great too. They were busy but moving people through efficiently and kindly. Makes a big difference when you're not feeling well.

I picked up a prescription for a customer and when I approached the window, I was asked if I had a question. I told the employee that I was picking up a prescription on behalf of a customer and she had an unpleasant attitude and ignored me. After leaving me just standing there, she walks over, reaches under the counter and then slung the bag at me and said, “There you go.”

The person I encountered at the pharmacy counter did not look at me, say hello or acknowledge me in any way. She wasn’t wearing a name tag but I do believe she was a tech. I wasn’t even sure if she was going to help me until she said “name”. Which I said and then she had me say it two more times. Then she walked away. When she came back I asked her why she was being so rude. She said “How am I being rude?” As I started to tell her she turned her back to me, threw my prescription on the opposite counter and walked away telling me not to talk to her. The pharmacist then came over and apologized and helped me get my prescription like a normal person. As a result, I won’t be going back to this CVS. This was my first and last time there.

The pharmacists have helped me so much. I have scripts for myself and my child and sometimes they get messed up. I had to change them on more than one occasion and they are always helpful and kind. They are really great people.

Saved me when my normal pharmacy was closed. So rare to find people able to enact common-sense solutions when patients are in need!
