I guess it depends on the location you go to. I ended up at the Bethel location and the store was clean, the staff was nice, and I was able to get in and out with most of the things I needed. This was a good experience. There is a location on Dodridge and High Street though, and I will never return there. They had a sales associate named Jimmy who was rude, thoughtless, and apparently did not know how to treat customers with respect. I went in and tried to get a shopping cart in the evening. The Dodridge CVS store locks the shopping carts up to avoid theft. That was frustrating but that wasn't the point. I was literally only one of three people in the store, and I was running back and forth taking handfuls of things to try and check them out because I couldn't get a cart. This Jimmy person yelled at me, told me to get over it because I couldn't have a shopping cart, and if I couldn't ring out all of my things at once he would just take my order and ask me to leave the store! There was no line at the self checkout kiosk. By that point I was one of two people in the whole store. But because I told him to wait for me to grab one last item he took my products, while I was standing behind him, and removed them and put them behind his counter. I was literally standing there ready to pay. I threw my product down and walked out. Had to drive all the way across town just to be treated like a human being by another service attendant at the Bethel location. I don't think I'll ever go to CVS again based on that treatment alone.

Slowest pharmacy haven’t been able to get the meds I need. Location so convenient but not even worth it, ridiculous hours. Updating review. It’s only gotten worse. 0 stars if I could. Worst pharmacy ever. They’re consistently out of everything and don’t let you know. Never filled my rx from November nor did they let me know about it. I’m out of adderall and cough syrup and neither of those are in stock. Didn’t seem to care. No apologies, no help letting me know how I could get these filled quicker just attitude about how she doesn’t know because it’s on back order. Doesn’t ask the pharmacist or anyone else. I’m sick and need cough syrup doesn’t even let me know it’s not available just gives me the 2/5 rx I should have. I had to ask what I could do, I had to ask where my cough syrup was. I am switching pharmacies immediately even though this is 0.3 mi from my house and hope cvs shuts this branch down like they’ve done others. Truly the single worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy.

It was is after 9:30 And The store doors have yet to open, and there are no signs posted regarding unusual circumstances or altered hours. When I contacted the store, I got an extremely rude and hostile callback from an associate at what I believe was the pharmacy letting me know that the manager didn’t show up yet “things happen” and I need to understand that. While, that may be you should probably drop the attitude because you’re a place of business and that it comes with certain expectations whether you like it or not. If you don’t like that, maybe just don’t work there or try staying on the phone to listen to people‘s responses when you want to catch an attitude with them. There was no reason for a callback, especially if you don’t know how to work customer service.

Absolutely terrible service from this locations pharmacy. I asked a question and the women were condescending and just gave terrible customer service. I recommend not using this location even to just fill a simple prescription.

Should be zero stars. I needed OTC medicine for my sick kid. Went there at 8, which is when they’re supposed to open according to Google and THE SIGN ON THEIR DOOR. Knocked. Waited. Had to drive somewhere else.
