The worst cvs I've ever been to. Workers have always been rude, but their really rude now. No sense in trying to use OTC card, cause when you get to the counter they'll tell you the product is not covered. When you have the booklet with the covered products in it. If you're planning to file a complaint the manager will say that he walked you back an showed where they are which is a total lie. I never seen manager just the rude girl at the counter.

I went there on 2/25/26 around 9:30am to get a photo print made of a pic I had in my phone. I originally went to Walgreens and they were no help at all. I went across the street to this location and a very nice young man helped me get the photo made. I can't remember his name but he was so kind and helpful. I think I'm done with Walgreens, this is my new go to place.

They pharmacist and pharmacy workers are well organized and they get back to customers at a reasonable time. The driver through workers were very friendly and polite.

I've said it before if I could give NO STARS I would for this location CVS! The store manager Melanie Richey doesn't have the customer in the forefront she's all about corporate! I had a coupon from CVS and within a 24 hour time frame she and her employees would not honor the coupon. I have been to other locations and they honored it, so it leads me to believe it's up to management. I will in the future boycott this location it's ashame I have to drive further out to receive 5 star treatment!
