I have been going to this CVS for almost a year for meds for ADHD, depression/anxiety, and gender transition and I'm switching to a different pharmacy today. I thought I would leave my impressions of this pharmacy here. TLDR: They eventually will fill prescriptions, but its like pulling teeth to get any scheduled medication filled here. It would be fine if the staff were willing to explain why there are delays etc. But they can't. Not "they won't." But "they can't" lol. The staff are not always rude (although they occasionally are). Instead, they are not knowledgeable about how their own systems for regulating the distribution of scheduled medications work. They'll be like "it won't let me, I don't know why." And that's it, there's no recourse or resolution to their being stumped by the machine in front of them. The bad reputation of this CVS pharmacy precedes it. When I had wisdom teeth surgery in the Fall of 2025, the dentist REFUSED to send prescriptions to this pharmacy to be filled. When I asked why they said it was because this pharmacy is well-known across the Columbus medical community for not getting things done in a timely manner. ♡ ♡ ♡ If you don't want to switch from CVS, at least send your RXs to the CVS down the road closer to campus. ♡ ♡ ♡

Taylor Thibeaux was great, corrected all issues for me and my wife! Great change from our bad history with this CVS!

The employee that was cashier today (1/7/2026)at 8:20pm . He’s annoyed and I think he need medication to control himself, get a rest!!!! Just I wanted medicine for flu but he refuse my service because I asked for my 4$ off in my purchase. Bad service!!!

The pharmacy techs here are always the most unpleasant people I've ever dealt with. Several times our doctor has sent in an Rx and we will call to make sure they have it and they'll not have it in stock (even common items like pain pills! My husband has stage 4 cancer and needs them) and they'll tell us to come back on a specific day. So we will and they will still be out of stock. Then treat you like you're crazy or an idiot when you tell them you were told to come back that day.

Very disappointed with the way the staff talks to customers, definitely can tell a staffing change has happened because the older ones where always respectful, I've heard more cussing behind the counter than I have ever heard, and the things they say about customers like no one is standing there.
