This store is horribly understaffed, there are no carts or baskets for shopping, there are only tiny flimsy paper bags to use for bagging at the self checkout… and you must self checkout because there is only one clerk manning the regular checkout. They are polite and doing their best, but this store really requires at least two clerks at checkout. Shopping at this CVS is very unpleasant; I recommend shopping elsewhere… even the Berwick Walgreen’s down on James functions better than the Bexley CVS.

Too busy to answer the phone. Gave me wrong info on medicine. Took me 2 trips to pick up my script, because I couldn’t get a live person on the phone. Apps & phone prompts wrong. If I can avoid it, won’t be back. Transferring scripts out to other drugs stores where I can call if needed.

Lazy NP at the urgent care. First ones waiting in standby when the place opened at 9am to get a rapid strep for my child. NP makes a point to come out and say how busy she is with scheduled appointments all day and that we should maybe go somewhere else if we don’t want to wait. Then proceeds to go alone into an exam room and close the door only to emerge 22 minutes later to call for the first scheduled patient. Could have completed a rapid strep in that time but apparently she didn’t want to work.

I shop often at CVS in Bexley, 2532 E Main Street. 43209. I have never been disappointed. The store is always clean and well-stocked. Friendly and helpful Staff. I go home with exactly what I needed, and save so much each time, using Bonus Points and Rewards Bucks, not to mention weekly advertised special discounts! So much to love!❤️

I love how the Bexley location always has what I need. They pack products tightly so you better not be claustrophobic, lol.
