Your phone tree sucks. trying to send a patient to get meds there - want to make sure it's stock. can't even get through to a human bc your phone tree doesn't recognize my number. and then it goes on a loop saying they can't recognize number and give you no time to enter it - horrible patient care.

Worst customer service by the nurse practitioner on staff, i scheduled to be seen online and it said there was only a 30 minute waiting period! I arrived immediately after and I checked it and sat in the waiting area, 1 person checked on me and said that it would only take a few more minutes, after another 30 minutes or so the nurse practitioner came out and said that she is trying to see me before the take their last patient in 15 minutes but she wasn’t sure if she would be able to, I stated that it should have been explained prior to me waiting for 45-60 minutes that you may not be able to see me. She said well I won’t be able to see you! Even though they didn’t actually close for another 45 minutes! Worst customer service ever.

Had my prescription filled and I over heard the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Techs talking about another employee who wasn't there at work. The Pharmacist said out loud "I don't think she can read!" Her gesture profanity that followed spoke volume. Then the other 3 Tech started laughing. One of Tech stated "yeah she dropped something the other day and Josh had to help her pick it up.". All 4 Employees were rude and talking about the co worker out loud.

A typical cvs. We stopped for taking passport size Photos. I feel, the photos are a bit overpriced. However, the staff lady was very nice. She said to go back and look for her if you need more copies, so that she can waive the charge of taking the picture ( after 24 hours, if you go back for taking more prints from the same photograph that they took before, they charge again for that).

They use to be very efficient and competent. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 5years and within the last year it's like the staff have no training or understanding on how to pick up a prescription. I have been lied to multiple times by these people and when i asked them for clarification on pick up stuff they get frustrated and have no ability to actually help. The girl who works most evenings at the window is extremely rude. Im so over this place im not using them anymore.
