Always clean and the pharmacy is quick and efficient but the store is routinely out of many products.

I genuinely cannot overstate how frustrating and unacceptable my experiences with this pharmacy have been. At this point, it feels less like a healthcare provider and more like an obstacle course between me and medication I need. There is zero communication. Not “poor,” not “inconsistent” none. You cannot get a straight answer about whether a prescription is in stock, when it might be available, or what the plan is if it isn’t. Every question is met with vague shrugs disguised as customer service. “We don’t know.” “It’s out of our hands.” That’s the script. Always. What makes it worse is the attitude. Asking reasonable, necessary questions about medication you rely on is treated like an inconvenience. Staff are consistently dismissive, condescending, and at times outright rude. There’s a tone that suggests you’re the problem for expecting clarity, as if wanting to know when you can access your prescribed medication is somehow unreasonable. And this isn’t a one-time issue. It’s a pattern. Prescriptions are routinely delayed with no proactive communication. No updates. No accountability. You’re left chasing answers that no one seems interested in providing. Healthcare is built on trust, reliability, and basic respect. This place delivers none of the above. If you depend on timely medication or expect even a baseline level of professionalism, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and today I scheduled a flu vaccination. I’m a teacher and wanted to protect myself and others. Better late than never, or so I thought. While I was waiting for my appointment a woman who works in the pharmacy came to work and went behind the counter. She then began talking about how frustrating all of the new vaccine appointments are. She made multiple comments including, “where were all of you before the flu season began to prevent things from getting this bad? Where were you last week? Everyone sees the tv and now they want to rush out to get their flu shot.” A few of the other staff mumbled in agreement but I was sitting there feeling incredibly uncomfortable and judged. I think they should be aware of what they say and who can hear their words. I would go back again for a vaccine but that comment was really not ok. The gentleman who gave me my flu shot was really nice and gave me a sticker so 10/10 for him!

If you have to use this CVS pharmacy ask for anyone other than Aaron (pharmacy tech) and Angelo (pharmacist). They gave me the wrong prescription, rudely told me to find a different pharmacy if I had a problem with it and hung up on me twice. Extremely unprofessional and scary to have these two handling medicine and patients. Also, make sure to get there early sometimes he’ll close the pharmacy gate a few minutes before his lunch break at 1:30pm.

Photo/poster prints not true to color. I ordered a poster print for pick up while I was passing through town briefly. First the print wasn’t ready when I got there (hours after it said it would be ready). Then when I opened the print later the color was completely off — the white print I ordered was almost yellow. Admittedly I should have checked it before I left the store, but was already in a rush since I had to wait on the print, and didn’t think it was necessary to take it out of its cardboard tube. I can’t bring the print back to the store because I don’t live anywhere near there so now I’m stuck with a misprint with no option for reimbursement (according to the oh-so-pleasant manager I spoke with on the phone).
