I’ve been coming into this location for years. I love using my CVS rewards. I come in every month to use them and get the good deals. I sometimes come into the store for my items, or I have my daughter go in because she loves earning her allowance to go pick up the order. I have never had a problem at this location until now. I came into the store before and made a mistake of coming into the wrong location. The manager on second shift was very rude. I apologized to her because she felt like I was getting an attitude. Fast forward to tonight I purchased my CVS rewards online and it was ready for pick up. But like a couple hours before closing it changed and said my softsoaps were canceled. I was confused because it said my order was ready earlier. ( not sure if someone took them out ) but that’s what it seemed like. I told the gentlemen at the front desk if I could just exchange them. ( he looked confused ) so I called for a manager. When she had to come from the back she was already upset. She said every time I come in I’m a problem. That was my second time seeing her. She said I have my daughter come in ( not sure why that mattered ) . Then she pointed to the soft soap and said we’re all out. I told her all I wanted was an exchange. She kept going on and saying if she wasn’t on the clock she would fight me outside. I just couldn’t believe what was happening. I didn’t know if my CVS rewards were reimbursed. I checked the app and they were there. Them when she started walking off she was laughing with a customer about it. I told her that was bullying behavior. She told me I was acting like a bully ? I was seriously lost. I don’t think it was ok for her to threaten me. I just came in to shop like I normally do.

The staff here at CVS are always welcoming. I visit here at least 2times per month. John is very helpful and helped tremendously with my daughter’s graduation banner via the CVS print shop. I appreciate the kindness from him and the staff.

Nice to see people who actually care about their jobs in the world. The self checkout machine wasn't working, little inconvenience but Jay came out almost instantly to our aid. We'd had a long day so for her to completely stop what she was doing and happily help us out was very nice. Thank you Jay. I was out of town and it meant a lot to get your pleasant assistance. The store was well organized and we found everything we were looking for with staff help. The location by the airport is also very convenient

5 Stars for Ms. J & Joey at CVS at Steltzer/McCutcheon store 9898. Management and the Associates have been outstanding with helping Me with natural hair products for women of color. In addition, all of them always take the time out to assist me with anything I need in the store. CVS needs to mimic this store for all locations. Just minutes from Easton and a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend.

Lacks Moral ethics. She is very rude and disrespectful towards customers. Today makes it the second bad experience with same lady. In July of 2024 I went to pick up my prescription she was loud calling the name of the medication with other people around making me uncomfortable and embarrassed to a point. What happened to privacy and violations? Secondly today I went to pick up my prescription unfortunately same angry and disrespectful lady attended to me. It all started with me presenting a discount code that was in my insurance app. Immediately she add the code the price increased but did not give me time nor explanation to understand. She Immediately said we'll you want it that way okayyy...but I did not understand. While waiting I was in the cvs app I realized the price changed and when I asked she was rude and angry at her job expecting me to understand how being a pharmacist works automatically. She was arguing with me saying that's not insurance and I know we'll its my insurance may look different because it's a new insurance. I showed her my insurance debit card to make her believe it's my insurance I am not foolish or something. We even went back behind the counter loudly arguing and even saying "you think it's over the counter" etc. At some point she left went to the restroom still arguing with me for sometime. Finally a better guy took over my order, was nicer and more understanding and explained the difference to me. I feel bad for that lady's family. She is the worst. She is portraying a bad and disgusting image for that store.
