CVS Pharmacy Technicians were pleasant gv great customer service. However the store itself needs some major cleaning. The trash cans are overflowing outside and inside with trash. Vacuuming would be a plus throughout the store. Do better for the public and your employees. First impressions are important.

Good morning, I’ve always used the CVS on Livingston to access the UPS Hub for business shipments. This morning, I was rudely approached by an employee who identified herself as “JJ.” She immediately stated that they do not accept packages over 40 pounds. I explained that I weigh my packages myself and both were well under the limit. She then pushed one of the boxes and said, “No, I don’t have to accept those.” I’m not someone who usually complains, but her attitude and customer service were disappointing and unprofessional.

This is one of the worst pharmacy. The automated system is GARBAGE!! Please, don't expect staff to assist you either. If you happen to get the voicemail and leave a message. Good luck receiving a return phone call. I'm definitely switching my prescription.

I ordered five things on a pickup order they only had one I wasn't going to drive that far to get what I was wanting I also ordered a delivery with four items supposed to be delivered within a day or two and it went to more than that so I canceled everything now I have to check to make sure all my money was put back into my account to be honest technology sucks

Trying to get ahold of them to transfer my prescription to a new pharmacy because I moved but the automated phone system won’t let me even leave a message because it thinks I’m my twin sister just by date of birth alone. I called them in the first place because they won’t respond to my new pharmacy’s request to transfer.
