I had a mixed experience at this CVS location. The male cashier who initially assisted me seemed visibly frustrated and rude when I was completing multiple transactions to use my ExtraCare rewards. As a customer, I’m simply trying to use the benefits CVS offers, and it was disappointing to feel like I was inconveniencing him by doing so. I apologize if it created extra steps, but it’s part of the program and customer experience. Thankfully, Dorothy stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She took over with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. She provided service with a smile and made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Her attitude made a significant difference and reflected the level of service customers should expect. Dorothy is an excellent example of great customer service, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

There is a male pharmacist in the drive thru that pushed and pushed and pushed my mom to get some vaccines this week when my mom didn’t want them and I’ve never seen my mom so sick, in pain, feeling so physically ill and her arm is red and swollen from the injection site from where the lady who gave her the shot did it, I don’t think she knows how to give proper injections. Next time a patient says NO I DONT WANT THE SHOTS, you need to respect it and back off….now she’s going to the doctor because she hasn’t been physically well since getting these shots and had to leave work because of how ill she felt. No MEANS NO. Period. Drop it. Stop pushing stuff onto people when they don’t want it. She was also in the drive thru for a reason, she didn’t want to come into the store, she opted for a quicker transaction and you pushed and pushed. Shame on you.

This location hours state they are open until 11pm. I came to this store at 10:50pm and the store doors were locked and the 2 associates that were in the store would not answer the phone nor would they unlock the door. I waited in the parking lot and at 11pm on the dot they both came out of the store closing it for the night. This is unacceptable to customers who are trying to get a last minute item before closing. Doors should not be locked at 10:50pm. I took a photo of the two associates and truly hope this gets to the right person to correct these behaviors

Employee's from front entrance employee who are curteous,smiling,helpful AMAZING😁. Pharmacist are so informative great hard working dedicated professional who have very complicated jobs keeping meds correct &cashiers who smile answer phones & conversation even when tired 🤪 crazy enters store THNK U APPRRCIATE U ALL.

I’m just gonna start off by saying this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to worst customer service ever three prescriptions and they wouldn’t fill them The pharmacist was very rude. Will never go back there ever again. We switched pharmacies, my husband and I because of it.
