If I could rate zero stars, I would! Since new management has taken over, she's been nothing but problems. She's brought in (Alisha) her employees from the store she came from all with shotty attitudes, including Nancy and Brandon. We've been coming here for years and we don't even feel comfortable walking into the store as it's nessacary in order to get our prescriptions. No one there is welcoming as they used to be when Eric was the general manager. Alot of the employees who have been working there before Alisha have changed there attitudes and I would too when you hear that she's speaking badly about customers. Why is she cutting out the original ladies who've been there forever? I've seen a few at different other CVS. It's so weird vibe there, I highly recommend to go to Walgreens. The pharmacy staff st this cvs, can't complain about them. It's a whole different world between them and the front store. You guys need to get rid of Alisha, Nancy, and the big tall black dude or you'll be loosing alot of customers. Those are your bad apples.

JERRI is wonderful! She makes coming into CVS feel like going to meet with a friend you havent seen in so long. She brings such a caring personable touch to the whole atmosphere; even on a bad day! That women needs a raise.

Went in there this morning at around 9am, I purchased an item and went to the self service check out, I inserted a100 dollar bill and it gave me the coins back but no bills, the machine was letting them know there was a problem. I was standing back away from the machine. I didn't touch my coins or anything, just my receipt, the lady came up to me and she read something on the machine. She says it says here it's complete. I said excuse me isn't giving me my change yet. She glared at me. Didn't say anything not sorry or anything. I felt like she was thinking I was some kind of a con artist trying to get money out of her. This is when I said this is on camera so anyway then she tries to give me $19 less on my change tries to give me the total I paid. So excuse me so she sees it gets my $19 and as she was getting my $19 I said to her you're a very rude person. The customer should always be right. I said I come in here all the time. I've been coming in this place for 13 years. Her response. I've never seen you here. I said well I have been here. I believe she's the manager. This just happened so 124 Saturday 9:00 a.m. there was a rookie there with her. She was nice and then her she wouldn't give me her name. She was very very rude. I'm going to change my pharmacy

Worst pharmacy ever the employees are rude And disgusting first they closed the drive-through window with me sitting there and then I had to go in and the lady at the front had an attitude because I had to come in to get my prescription and she threw my insurance card to me. CVS do better!!!!

I wish I gave them no stars but they are rude as can be I understand the job might be a little overwhelming but they make you feel as if you are there to bother them and I could of been rude to them but I wasn’t and they got even more rude the longer I was there I think that they are very unhappy individuals I can’t think of any other reason why they would already be upset before you even have contact with them or wrong choice of profession idk lol all I know is that they make me hate having to come in for medication.!
