⭐ 1 Star Review Today I visited this store to make a quick purchase of a 12-pack of Coke Zero (total purchase was $9.34 on April 21, 2026 at 7:26 PM). I usually come here and normally have good experiences with most of the staff, but today was completely unacceptable. There were three employees standing at the front counter talking, laughing, and having personal conversations instead of helping customers. Since items are locked up, customers have no choice but to ask employees for assistance. I politely asked if someone could get me a 12-pack of Coke Zero. One employee said she was on break, another ignored me completely, and the male employee said he was not going to the back to get anything. That level of customer service is disrespectful and unprofessional. Many people would appreciate having a job, especially one that requires simply assisting customers when needed. Refusing to help while standing around socializing is unacceptable. I had children waiting at home and food cooking, so I needed to get in and out quickly. Instead, I was delayed because staff chose not to do their jobs. Locking products up for security is one thing, but treating paying customers poorly is another. Customers should not be made to feel like a burden for asking for basic help. I will be contacting management regarding this experience, and if the same behavior continues, I will escalate the complaint further. If you want respectful customer service, I would not recommend this location until management addresses the staff behavior.

It is May 8th 2026. It is 8:23 p.m. at approximately 8:00 p.m. I walked into you this CVS and I run the bell for the lady to serve me. I run it again. And then I rang it again. She was looking at me the whole time that I was ringing it. A guy walks in the store and he rings a bell. She goes to him to serve him first. He tells her that I was there first. I thanked him he was a gentleman. I told him that the lady needed to do her job. She proceeded to argue with me on... What exactly I don't know but customer service is very poor. She's a tall light skin girl with a very bad attitude. After she opened my beer what she didn't hear me say The first time I don't know maybe she was high. I went to the front and the lady when I was going to stop check out brush my butt. Is that harassment? I don't know but it happened. My daughter was there. I checked out and now I am home safe. The night staff is always nasty. They're young. And someone needs to take care of this immediately!! I am a local and I go in here everyday.

This staff was incredible. This was afternoon of 4/16/26. With everything in cases I almost didn’t even bother pushing the service button. We were there from Reno and if anything is in a case it’s a wait and the staff usually acts put out. Not the situation at all here. One employee was even kind and engaging to a visibly drunk guy at the liquor refrigerator. We were helped by 3 different employees. They ran self checkout, opening the cases and regular checkout like a well oiled machine. They need a raise.

I'm a regular customer in cvs and I have no problem with any of the employees in there they all know me and are very polite and kind and have great attitudes. But I do have one problem with one employee and her name is Alexus or Alexis however you spell it. I was just in there and she helped me with getting some headphones I've also had her help me a couple times in the past with some things and her attitude and body language is terrible she seems very rude and I don't appreciate. Im always very polite and nice no matter the circumstances. Not to mention one time I remember talking to her about something in the past she was on her phone the whole time while talking to me which seems very rude in my opinion. I dont usually leave reviews depending on the circumstances but I am now after dealing with her several times.

Went here yesterday after trying 4 other places that said they had something in stock but didn't. The others didn't even offer to help find it. Before heading over to this one I called and spoke to a rep there, he assured me that if it shows on stock it probably was and that I can come check it out. When I got there I couldn't find it so I walked up and talked to him directly, he went to look for me and couldn't find it either and had me ask another coworker to help, she couldn't find it either and spoke to the manager who said to check the backstock. She was able to find one and brought it out. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but I was super grateful they took the time to actually help, unlike the other 3 location where they just said it was out of stock and that was that. Little things like this is what's missing nowadays in retail. I appreciate you guys. Thank you again!
