Fantastic customer service, the order was ready and waiting for my time to pick up my prescription I notice the person attending, she was so efficient and cordial with a smile on her face she was working with two windows open and attending both at the same time. She was great ( I forgot her name) 😞

Simply, I want to give them thanks. Especially, the young handsome man was so kind. Warm and love in him. Additionaly, I was wondering why the reviewing shows negative but now realized it was all to Pharmacy, not for the stores!¡!. Do not follow don't go this CVS. unless need go there for Pharmacyeeeeeeee!! Please excuse my Konglisheeeee too.

My Health Insurance told me to go to CVS Pharmacy to have my prescription filled for a walking cane. I took the script into the store on 1/10/2026, gave it to the pharmacist on duty whose name started with "R", he told me he would check into it and call me back on whose Monday, 1/12/26. This never happened. I called CVS after work again on 1/12/26 to find out no one made notes, and the person name starts with "A" told me he would check this out and it would be billed to Medicare Part, B. This never happened, because I called again today 1/13/26, after several phone calls to CVS pharmacy a woman, name starts with "L", now tells me I have to go to a DME, which now I have to check my insurance, to see who is in my area. I am the patient, getting all this "RUN AROUND" because my health insurance does not know who or what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I plan to switch from "A" insurance to a better option for 2027. Folks, please do your research for "Advantage" health plans way ahead of time for 2027 to save yourself frustration and heartache. At first I thought my health insurance was the best, but after all this, I would give them a "ZERO RATING IF I COULD"!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T GO TO CVS EITHER.

In town visiting and was sent to this location due to the 24/7 pharmacy and the female worker in white coat was not welcoming at all. I’m not from Vegas and to be told u can get RX o er the counter as if I’m not in the medical field is insane when RX is written for more than the OTC can offer. She act as if she didn’t want to do her job or maybe she is not welcoming of black culture. I was told it would be several hours to fill 2 RX then when I asked how long she then stated a 2 hr wait for customers to wait on RX she then proceeded to say she didn’t Want me to stand around by the pharmacy when I told her I don’t stay in this area so I waited anyway in the pharmacy. There was no waiting (see photo) and I see why this location has the eating it has. She definitely don’t need to be servicing this community over here nor any at all with the attitude she provided me. I also will be filing a corporate complaint as well and with GM of this location. And in the long run I didn’t wait 2 hours

I love how when you come in with your $1k phone and your 2024 car keys as u enter the Hispanic guy tells the Hispanic lady to follow u in code. It gets tiring after a while dealing with hyper awareness. Yuck
