Security Joshua Thanks for your kindness and smiles. You’re appreciated. Hats off to the older experienced lady at the register who helped my wife patiently the health care U credit Card that was acting up. Without her help the card would have been useless. Other personnel seemed very pleasant as well. Clean restrooms and wheelchair accessible outside ramps were available. We’ll miss the CVS on Karen at Maryland Pkway but this store is in a better neighborhood.

While shopping at this CVS with my daughter, I overheard a manager using inappropriate language, including cursing . This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in front of children. When I attempted to ask for assistance, the manager was dismissive and did not provide help. I recall being there on the 10th around 5:30 /6 PM.

It's a shame that this pharmacist has anything to do with the health of humans. Any good staff leaves as soon as possible, only bad ones stay here. I think the staff enjoy saying no to people in pain. If you have to use this place, count your meds before you leave.

The people are “nice” but this location honestly sucks. I came in at 3:55. They took my name and birthday, came back with my prescription and gave me my total. I asked to use a card and the guy rolled his eyes, and told me to go to consultation. There he asked me if I had insurance, my address, and then I gave him my card. He said the card only took $1 off. He said wait to the side it’ll be 3 minutes. Calls me back up to the window 15 minutes later, and then tell me to get back in line. This line is down the aisle, if that were the case I would have got back in line 15 minutes ago. I’m not from NV and have places to be! On the interstate!!!! I need to get back to my home state. I’m half way through the line and they call me back up and say that the card only took like a dollar off so they’re not applying it. If that were the case why didn’t you just check me out 20 minutes ago? I came in at 3:55, left at 4:35 for ONE prescription they already had filled. Like don’t piss me off.

my prescription was placed on Tuesday. I go there Thursday to pick it up. still not ready. waiting for like 20 minutes for another person and for the tech to look up whatever on the computer and then she tells me it won’t be ready until several hours from now and there are orders ahead of me. orders from before TUESDAY?? seriously?? I was right there like this can’t be that hard it’s like this every time why do I need to go in just to have to come back it’s ridiculous
