This CVS may seem convenient because it operates as a 24 hour business, but the customer service inside is horrible. You will be forced to accept whatever attitude the clerk has if you want to buy the multitude of locked up items in this store. Take all of your pharmacy transactuons elsewhere if you want to be happy patronizing a drug store. Locked up merchandise is already an inconvenience; there's no value left when the consumer has to wait on a rude and tired employee with a key to initiate a sale. I will never stop in to do business with this CVS ever again. It's better to wait for regular hours at another drug store and save yourself the aggravation of depending on the burned out workers at CVS.

I have repeatedly experienced delays when picking up prescriptions from this pharmacy, and it has consistently been one of the worst pharmacy experiences I have encountered. My most recent interaction with employee James Sanchez only made matters worse. When I approached the counter, he was texting on his phone and completely ignored my presence. When he finally acknowledged me, he abruptly told me I would have to wait another 15 minutes. After I explained that I had already been waiting for this prescription for three days, he dismissively responded, "15 minutes, thank you," and immediately turned back to his computer, effectively ending the conversation and ignoring my concerns. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Nearly every time I have visited this CVS, there have been issues -whether it was prescriptions not being ready, excessive wait times, or poor communication from staff. The lack of professionalism and customer care has been extremely frustrating. Because of these repeated negative experiences, I will not be returning to this pharmacy and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went into the CVS pharmacy at the Sahara location. My sister was doing Uber shopping pay I asked if they had a restroom for customers. They were very, very rude. I don’t do drugs. I genuinely had to go use the restroom, but they did not have to be rude. The first cashier was very rude and when I requested for the manager, she heard me and walked off. They were very rude. I am a single mother out here helping my sister Uber so that we can pay bills and all I wanted to do was use the restroom. I’m not homeless or a drug head, but they treated me so disrespectful

Asian lady doin the restock have Beverly bad actitud! I just did a question and she looks at me all mad! Yes you are working and that’s your job! Waiting 15 min to have someone open the glass to give me my pills, then goin to the beer to find out I have to wait another 15 minutos for someone to open the fridge??? I juat get my beeer somewhere else! If you guys gonna have everything lock make sure to have a person to open the locks or at least with a good actitud

I’m done with CVS in general but also in specific. We will start with Wil the clerk there. So rude. Threatening even. I assume it’s because I’m a man buying makeup. Secondly I’m done waiting 10-15 minutes to get one item that I could I’ve gotten myself and been in and out. From now on I’m only shopping at places that either trust their customers or hire enough to have security/service. I’m not waiting for an unlock for a 6 dollar item when I see a manager running around with a vendor instead of helping the overworked cashier. Absurd. CVS used to stand for Convenience Value and Service. Now you get none of those all. It’s more like Cant Vamoose Soon enough. Just go out of business already if you can’t staff your stores or protect your assets.
