The pharmacy staff are not helpful if you aren't asking about a prescription. I asked for help locating a pharmacy item and was told to go search around on an aisle. And not in a friendly manner, but a why are you bothering me way. I ended up getting help finding it from the cashier at the front of the store. This Pharmacy has seen a lot of changes in the last couple of years, and none for the better. Before someone would actually come out and provide assistance in the pharmacy area. Time to switch.

During checkout, the cashier and I experienced a technical error. Her POS system said I did not complete my purchase, the app on my phone displayed the receipt of payment received through the CVS card reader. They need to upgrade their system or re-train the worker.

I come here because loading money services is quick and simple but the dude that has the long brown hair and always looks like he just woke up. Needs an attitude adjustment, this guy has no personality no customer service etiquette at all. No hello, thank you and dont strain yourself to hand me the receipt regardless if it does kicknout towards me or not cashier hand it to me, dont act. like you actually care, only person here that does this crap. 5681 Boulder Hwy. I recently stopped by the CVS, Boulder hwy and Tropicana. When I entered the doors I was graciously welcomed by the Project Health team. I have not seen a doctor since covid. They checked my blood pressure, body mask index, glucose, and cholesterol. I made changes right away in my eating and what I drink. Thank you, it was a wake up call, and free.

I called the pharmacy today (Sept 10th around 4:00 PM) and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. When I pick up my medication, I will let the pharmacist doctor know. CVS really needs to hire staff who care about their job and know how to treat customers with respect.
