Alex C 3 months agoThis pharmacy is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They’ll make you wait for medications even though they’re ready. When I arrived, I was told that three out of four of my medications were ready, and I had to wait 10 minutes for the last one. That was fine with me until the 10 minutes turned into over 30 minutes. When I went to the counter and asked for an update, magically all four of my medications were ready, but no one told me. If I hadn’t said anything, I probably would’ve been waiting for over an hour. The girl who told me to wait 10 minutes wouldn’t even look at me or acknowledge me. Don’t go here!
Aaron Tesney 6 months agoI don’t usually sit down and reflect on my experiences at pharmacies, and I’m generally someone who prefers to leave positive reviews for the many great businesses we have here in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, this CVS location at the corner of M.L.K. Blvd and Craig Road was an exception in every way. The employee I had the displeasure of dealing with was rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. Simple requests were met with attitude rather than assistance. Nearly everything of value is locked up, there is theft prevention stationed at the door, and yet the store itself appears poorly maintained, as if it hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years. Given the unprofessional staff behavior, the uncomfortable shopping environment, and the overall condition of the store, this location feels like a liability for both customers and CVS as a company. I would strongly recommend corporate leadership take a serious look at this store, including whether it should remain open at all.
Michael Farmen 5 months agoWelcomed in, everyone smiling. Pharmacist noticed an issue on script and made it work for me. He was very considerate and was extra helpful. All the staff were amazing and he helped me save money. 10/10 service
Ryan Roberts a year agoI've never encountered a more disorganized, frustrating, and frankly unprofessional pharmacy than the CVS on W Craig RD. This place is a cesspool of inefficiency wrapped in incompetence. First off, the cleanliness is non-existent. Shelves are dusty, floors are sticky, and the overall ambiance screams neglect. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. The real horror show is in the pharmacy department. The pharmacy service here moves at a glacial pace, not because they're busy, but because they seem to be stuck in a time warp where efficiency is a foreign concept. Waiting times are atrocious, and it's not because of high demand; it's purely due to their snail-paced operations. Stock issues? Oh, they've got them in spades. Medications are perpetually out of stock. Whether it's a common painkiller or a life-sustaining prescription, expect it to be unavailable. It's almost as if they're trying to see how many times they can inconvenience you before you give up. And let's talk about the prescriptions. Every single electronic prescription my doctor sends seems to require "clarification." Why? Is your system from the 90s? Or is it just an excuse to delay everything further? The constant back-and-forth between the pharmacist and my doctor is beyond ridiculous. It's clear this isn't about patient care but about sheer incompetence or perhaps a lack of basic understanding of how electronic prescriptions work. I've dealt with pharmacies across various states, but this CVS takes the cake for the worst experience by far. If you value your time, sanity, or health, steer clear. Find another pharmacy where they respect both their customers and the medical professionals who serve them. Rating: 1/5 - Only because zero isn't an option.
Cynthia Howell 10 months agoThis is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my life. First of all, they give out personal medical information and diagnosis to people other than the patient. Second, they are extremely rude and talk badly about patients loudly in the pharmacy where others can hear about patients at the drive thru or calling in about prescriptions. Third, they full on lie to you about stock, refill dates, contacting the prescriber and insurance issues. Go to this pharmacy at your own risk. Believe the reviews. This pharmacy should be shut down.
