Lots of different products. The staff was friendly. Two employees asked if I needed any help finding something. Fast checkout. Plenty of close free parking. The pharmacy has a drive thru. Place was clean and not to crowded.

Awful pharmacy! Worst ever. Neck and neck with the Walgreens up the street. What the hell is going on with customer service????? I was held up at the pharmacy drive through window for nearly 30min then asked to walk inside because the inept window clerk could not input my insurance. After going inside, waiting for another 20, I was being texted a week prior that my prescription was ready for pickup, then when I walk in, another inept clerk says: we are still working on it, after another 20min pass, the “head” pharmacist says he’ll help me but is helping others. Until I got frustrated and asked how much longer would it take since I’d been there over 30min, he said: I’m trying to help you (which he wasn’t) again I said: how much longer will this take? I’ve been here over 30min. He said: you’re more than welcome to take your prescription elsewhere, so I left. Absolutely USELESS people with ZERO customer service skills

if it's less than 10 minutes until lunch pharmacy will pick up the receiver then hang up immediately. i was calling from a providers office to check on a prescription i was told would be ready in 2-3 hours when i called at 9:22A. the patient had gone in after 1P and was told it wasn't there. please work on your customer service and prescription preparation estimation times.

I was at the pharmacy window 12/19/25 approximately 5:15 pm several employees there. I was ignored, not even a we’ll be with you, nothing like I didn’t exist! I don’t like CVS because of this condescending behavior toward customers. A gentleman at the pick up window was having a full blown meltdown, it seems he was ignoring as well. He left, so did I, I went to Walgreens, cleaner, nicer employees overall a great experience. Why did I go to CVS because I’m sick and it was closest.

Very clean and COVID protected. Wiped after every customer and disinfected area. All employees wearing masks and very friendly. Had to get a script filled while we were here and this is where we came. I'm your ever in Vegas and need medicine stop here. Face it promotions approved
