Extremely Disappointing Experience: Ongoing Issues with My Husband’s Workers' Compensation Medications I am beyond frustrated with the repeated issues we have experienced at this CVS location regarding my husband’s workers' compensation prescriptions. Every single time he goes in to pick up his medication, he is told it has not been pre-authorized, even though he provides his workers' compensation medication card. This is not a one-time mistake. It happens every time. He ends up standing at the counter for 30 minutes or more while the staff tries to figure it out, only to be told he either has to wait longer or pay out of pocket. No one seems able or willing to resolve the issue permanently. To make matters worse, when I asked who the store manager was, the staff could not even provide a name. Instead, I was given a generic customer service number to call. That is unacceptable. There appears to be a complete lack of accountability at this location. It is unacceptable that a pharmacy cannot properly process workers' compensation prescriptions without unnecessarily stressing patients and causing repeated delays. These are medically necessary medications tied to an active claim. This should not be this complicated. My husband should not have to fight this battle every single visit. At this point, we are seriously considering transferring his prescriptions elsewhere. I would not recommend this location to anyone dealing with workers' compensation prescriptions.

Im not sure why some bad reviews but thank God hasn't happened to me. I recently moved fr LA to Las Vegas NV & every time the staff's are GREAT. Having problems with the exchanging locations was easy. 2day I had a problem w/my son's medication, its very important for him not to miss his transplant meds. So I spoke to "Kevin" over the phone he was so patient trying to fuigure out what was happening & boom!! It was solved. Plz management acknowledged him. We need that kind of caring personality & has beautiful customer service.

My refills are never ready in this pharmacy and it's always the doctor's fault (as per ther employees). On top of that they take long brakes in the middle of the day when they close the pharmacy. However, the store is open and tobacco sales are uninterrupted.

Every employee is extremely excellent and professional. They are very patient and provide very considerate and meticulous service. I am very satisfied with everything here.

Yet again this month, CVS fails to have medicine due to back order. I went to Walgreens AGAIN who did have the medicine. CVS - talk to Walgreen's Supply Chain Dept and learn from them.
