I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS location, and unfortunately, this was not the first time. I decided to give this store another chance because this is the only location that stays stocked, but this visit confirmed my concerns. While I was checking out using coupons, a line formed behind me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager chose to gossip with another customer about me. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, judged, and disrespected. I was simply trying to complete my purchase. Couponing is something CVS allows, and I was not doing anything inappropriate. I take advantage of deals to save money and stock up so I can help people in need. The lack of professionalism from management was unacceptable. No customer should feel talked about while standing at the register. I will not be returning to this location. I truly hope this is addressed so other customers are treated with respect.

On 5/27/2026 I visited the CVS on S Las Vegas Blvd to pickup my prescription. I received a message that it was ready. I was in line and there was one person at the window. As the person walked away I stepped up to the window as I started to give the tech my information I noticed some of the lights in the pharmacy went off. The tech cut me off and said "come back at 2". I said excuse me, I'm here at the window why do I need to come back. She simply stated "you have to come back at 2" and walked away. I found the store manager and explained what occurred and that it was rude and inconsiderate to ask me to return when I was already at the window. She agreed and accompanied me back to the pharmacy. The pharmacy grates were closed and she was unable to contact any staff. I have been going to this pharmacy for 10 years and to be treated like this and asked to come back is unacceptable. They had no regard to wether it would be difficult for me to return. I will never return to this pharmacy and will have my prescription transferred.

I had a real good encounter at this location one evening. Iris helped me with those coupons that come at the bottom of the receipt. I noticed she was meeting the various needs of several customers all at once. Both Iris and Ashley were cheerful and informative. It was uplifting to see the way they modeled teamwork and successful training mentorship. I hope they are recognized for being present with customers while keeping a healthy work environment open twenty-four hours. You're appreciated, and I wish you much prosperity to come.

This pharmacy literally doesn’t care about any pain you can be going through. If you try to get your medication and they are 30 mins into closing they won’t give you anything. 0 empathy.

I went in to this CVS Pharmacy to pre-check and make sure a prescription. I needed wasn't going to cost me a fortune. I showed the pharmacist, the prescription and they said, we can't tell you how much it will cost. It has to be called in from your doctor first. So I had my doctor call in the prescription and 45 minutes later when I went to purchase the prescription, the pharmacist said, oh, we don't have any of that particular medication. It REALLY would have been nice for him to say that when I showed it to h FOURTY FIVE MINUTES earlier. Terrible service, even worse process with ZERO common sense
