Sorry this is a long one. I came to this pharmacy hoping they would be a better option than my last CVS experience on Lake Mead. Is it just the entire company that is full of mean and condescending pharmacy staff? Olisa was the person I spoke with after arriving, which is what my CVS app instructed me to do. Come in and speak with the pharmacist as medication is being prepared. Olisa wouldn’t even speak to me as a customer, let alone a human being. While I was talking to him for only a few minutes, he just picks up the phone and starts helping someone else while I’m still standing there trying to get things solved. He never said, excuse me or I’m sorry ma’am I need to take this call. Why do CVS pharmacy employees talk so condescending to their customers? I don’t get escalated and have been so patient with this company. I was really hoping this store would be better to help me. I had 3 medications already ready and one they said they are preparing but I have to come in and talk to the pharmacist first. No times were given, they said to just come in. I tried to wait until this time at 7:53pm even though according to the app they were preparing it around 2:45pm and Olisa just refused to help me at first. He tells me maybe it will be ready in one hour or two or three. I have a 5 year old that needed to go to bed and because we have a busy day tomorrow, I will also be out of my med tomorrow. A medication that makes you very sick if you miss your dose. I kept trying so patiently to explain the situation and showed him the messages on my app. He just didn’t care to look and began ignoring me so I said I will just wait and sat down. I’m not early for my prescription. He just refused to help me. If I find a pharmacy that takes my insurance, I will be gladly to never come back to CVS. It’s scary these people are in charge of others medications. To me it feels like it’s power hungry type service. They never receive consequences, so they repeat the same rude service. I’ve been waiting since before 2:45pm to give them time and Olisa is telling me it’s not enough time, now being 7:53pm and my other 3 medications are ready. Yet the app told me to come in for my 4th and final one. I just want to be treated like a human being and customer. I just don’t know how this will ever be solved when they flat out show they do not care. Any recommendations for a different CVS where they don’t treat you like scum? I started using the app after getting yelled at by a technician at the Lake Mead store for calling them and not using the app. Then I use the app at the Cheyenne CVS and told it’s incorrect. I can’t win. As I finished writing this comment, Olisa then told me my meds were ready. I take mental health medication and other important meds, he made me feel completely judged because of the meds I have to be on. I look young but I am 40 years old and do not need to be treated like some young kid. Why do they treat customers like this? The technician had a bit of the same attitude. Blonde lady but didn’t get her name. And again, that’s scary having someone in charge of whether you get your meds or not, almost playing games like it’s a power position. I don’t know if CVS is even going to care but this company needs to do something about their pharmacies customer care. There is no way I would get a flu shot here because I have lost all trust and faith in this companies pharmacy department. Please do better with helping customers, especially when the app says one thing and the pharmacist would not even look at what I was trying to tell him, which told me they were preparing it and I need to come in to speak with the pharmacist before I can get my meds. Anyway, Olisa had my meds ready and everything was solved but not without it’s tension from the pharmacy staff. Front staff and manager are very good with customer service so at least my experience wasn’t completely bad. Very genuine and nice front staff.

The workers at the front are always nice and helpful but the blonde lady at the pharmacy always looks mad and her attitude is just horrible. If she didn't like being a pharmacist idk why she is working as one.

Jaclyn (sorry if i butchered the spelling) in the pharmacy is awesome! Always willing to go above and beyond. She deserves some recognition

I came to this CVS location to drop off a UPS package. One of the employees initially refused to provide tape, stating that they don’t offer it. There was also another employee showing up indicating that large packages were not accepted, which caused some confusion. And making it a issue about the size and weight of package they eventually took the package. Eventually, they did provide tape at no charge and accepted the package, but the overall attitude felt unhelpful and unwilling to assist. The experience was frustrating, and due to the poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location.

My husband and I went in to buy milk. Security started following us around and then some man came out a door watching us also. I made a statement to them like do you watch ALL your customers. I left the milk and went next door to buy it. I refuse to spend money somewhere where I'm being done this way!!!!
