I would just like to greatly thank their tech Will even though this pharmacy for a few years was definitely organized,well-maintained&kept. I dont know over the years it has greatly plummeted but all is true their ONLY great tech is definitely Will he always gets everything done correctly doesnt just tell you watever on the phone to just get you out of their wait list. HE GETS THINGS DONE!!! I am only giving this pharmacy 3 stars 🌟 only because of him, otherwise it would definitely be 0.0 🌟 But overall this pharmacy location is pretty bad regarding patient satisfaction. Will for all of us patients that need our 💊 medications done correctly with no go arounds or wasted time. Wish I could give just him 5 🌟 but it only let's me do it by location.Thank you for all your dedication and expertise. 😌

I just wanna say Jennifer and Milton did a great job about letting the customers continue to shop. I was able to print my documents with the deadline of having them done by tonight and they were really attentive to let me print my documents. Keep them around.

Dropped off my prescription around 1 They told me it will an hour for it to be ready ..so I waited around 2 i went to go pick it up they told me it wasn't ready ...so I waited 30 min. And it still wasn't ready then told to go the where I dropped off my prescription and asked them tli told them they it would another 30 min...so I did wait another 30 min. And still nothing ...I wasn't play this back and forth game all day I just bought over the counter medicine

Store looks like it's closing. A lot of the shelves are bare and the pharmacy is a nightmare. You request a refill, they just tell you that they need to order the medication and to pick it up next week...Come in the next week only to be told that the medication needs prior approval from the insurance?? Couldn't they have told us THIS last week when the refill was requested, they had to have looked at her file for the medication and saw that it needed prior authorization?? So now we have to wait- without her medication that is needed to control spasms, when all this could have been done a week ago?? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

The pharmacy staff was kind and efficient. However they need more staff to assist. Major line to pickup. Now the ladies restroom was horrible no one seems to service it. Also the store floors and shelves hasn’t been properly maintained. Discussed by the way it looked. Management should be demoted or fired that’s horrible.
