I’m giving one star because zero isn’t an option. This location claims to offer UPS drop-off, but the service is unreliable. They refused to take my package and didn’t provide any clear explanation or assistance. If they can’t support the service, they shouldn’t advertise it.

I like this place but they are waaayyyy tooo slow like really they don’t care about nobody they go sooo slow that omg!!! And nobody help anyone they should put this self check out because if we wait for the lady’s that are on the register we will be waiting for pay something a least 20 minutes I went just to grab something and pay hopefully fast because I have 20 minutes before work and this cvs is close to work but nah.. 13 minutes later I need to leave bro and they still have 3 more people I don’t understand they start talking, making conversation and going sooo slow and if someone leave you can hear the lady’s saying something nasty to the customer that left because THEY TAKE TOO LOOONG….

I have been a loyal CVS customer for over 25 years, but my experience at this Flagler Street location on Thursday night (11:40 PM–midnight) was the worst I’ve ever had. When I asked for the restroom, I was directed to the back. After waiting and knocking with no response, I asked again and was told “someone is probably in there.” Later, I was abruptly told the restroom was “closed” — something that was never mentioned when I first asked. What made this worse was how I was treated. At first, the staff spoke to me in English. But once I started asking again for help, they began ignoring me, switching to Spanish, and dismissing me altogether. I was sent back and forth between the front and the back of the store while I was literally holding myself, trying to use the restroom. It was humiliating, inhumane, and showed zero empathy or compassion for a customer in need. The store manager refused to acknowledge me. The man at the front counter was rude and dismissive. No one cared to communicate clearly or provide even the bare minimum of customer service. I ultimately had to leave all my purchases behind because of how I was treated. This was not just poor service — it was degrading. CVS is supposed to stand for care, but this location showed the exact opposite. Something must be done about the staff on duty that night. I will be reporting to the Regional Lead.

CVS is always convenient, but I think it’s important to remember that kindness goes a long way. A good attitude and a friendly smile can make a big difference in a customer’s experience. I hope the staff keeps this in mind—it really makes visits so much better

I went there today 2/22/2025 to get a passport picture taken,there were two Cuban ladies (the one with longer hair)was so rude she told me before even checking that the machine was not working and I asked her to please check, she ended taking the picture gave me a hard time to have the picture emailed even tho I offered to put the information myself, she needs to be trained better in how to treat paying customers instead of just saying “I Don't know how to do that” I asked her can she get someone that could help me and she said no and walked away ..if you offer a service your employees should be trained on how to do it and not have them dismiss people like we are there bothering them. I do not recommend going to this CVS ever!
