The staff at this location is the biggest problem with my experience. I was waiting in line to pick up my online order and the one and only cashier decides he’s going to walk away after he finished with the last customer. He saw me waiting but just continued to ignore me. Finally another employee realizes no one is behind the registers but instead of taking the next person in line, she allowed a person so just cut me off. Picking up an order should not be so difficult. This is my 2nd pick up experience at this location and both times have not been good.

Daniel was amazing! I came to this CVS to have a few photos and media of mine printed, and ran into issues that day with the system that would have caused a significant delay that was dismissed by the attending manager. Daniel went above and beyond helping me and managed to get everything on time for me considering his high workload at the time with the other orders whilst simultaneously taking care of the register as well. Full respect to him for his professionalism and great costumer service.

Opening at 10 AM and then closing at 1pm for lunch already! That must be a joke, must be very hungry, after working 3 ha 🙄 is already frustrating, but having no manager available on Saturdays makes it even worse. Saturday is one of the busiest days for customers, and there’s no one in charge to handle issues. This is an essential service, not a random shop the organization here is extremely disappointing. Not coming anymore

Michael at CVS Alton Road, is awesome. He has assisted me on several occasions when I visited the store and is always super-friendly and goes above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience. CVS is lucky to have such a dedicated, smart and helpful employee. I really appreciate him and the fantastic service.

Awful, awful, awful pharmacy. They waste time. They lie to you. They spin me in circles, and three days later, I still don't have my meds. Also, there's no way to contact anyone in the pharmacy or get a pharmacist on the phone when you call. They also waste a lot of time. This is later on another time, just today. They didn't have my meds in stock, and now, I'm supposed to get them tomorrow after 3 is what they said. Well, I come there often enough, don't you think they'd have them in stock?? I can't make it tomorrow. So here's another time when I can't take my meds when I need to. I think it's time to switch pharmacies. Why do they waste so much of my time???? Crying. Again. They did it AGAIN. They didn't fill my prescription on Wednesday, when the doctor wrote my prescription. They didn't order it Wednesday either, but they told me it would be ready at 3 on Thursday. I went Thursday to pick it up, and they hadn't filled it. So, now, it's FRIDAY, and they say to my husband, "hang on, we'll order it right now." So, now I won't have my prescription until MONDAY at 2:30. That's 6 days without my meds. These meds enable me to function and actually live my life. They are messing with my health. I'm in the process of switching all my meds to Walgreens. I'll never shop at CVS again. They messed up AGAIN!! Today, the pharmacy lady was shouting my personal identifying information across the store. She was standing in the middle of the pharmacy (the computer behind two walls), and she's shouting my parent's identifying information (which I update with them every time I'm in the store, but they never get it right!!!!), my cell phone number, my date of birth, and my first and last name. I don't know why no one was at the closer computer. I'm very upset with this store. I can't switch to another pharmacy, because my meds are controlled. I feel threatened, and harassed everytime I leave that store, and I'm very angry with them. I'm going to Walgreens for all my other shopping. That store is awful. I can't even. They just stole from me again. I was literally in there for an hour and fifteen minutes. Their coupons don't work. They'll eat your soul. I've cried about 10 times because of this store. I'll be taking all my cosmetics purchases and healthcare purchases to another store. They lost a good paying customer. Their system is beyond broken. I could sue them. It's still a possibility.
