Awful service, I went in the store for only two items I already knew which ones to get and they had me waiting about 20 minutes for an employee to unlock a stand for me, what made it worse is that the employee came out of the back with a coffee pot so now I know what was so important that no one was taking care of the customers needing to get stands unlocked, coffee; and then another 20 minutes in line because they only had one cashier. The cashier did all she could to help me which was appreciated but clearly this store needs more associates.

My family flew in for a cruise. My daughter forgot her antibiotics so we had it transferred from our pharmacy. We walked 2 miles to CVS, they transferred it immediately, but the pharmacist wouldn't even let me explain our issue to see how quickly we could get it. She was incredibly rude and would only respond with "you'll get a text when it's ready". I will NEVER use CVS again!

I Usually do not write reviews like this one but this case in particular cause me a little discomfort moment as a client for a long time at CVS. I went there at about 11 Pm to pick up a medicine i ordered in line and I went straight to the counter where there is a lady sitting in a milk case behind the counter by herself and of course I asked for my order and she with a very rude attitude told ' I am not working " I was in shock but I did not say a word and waited patient until someone show up at the counter ... while I was taking care another person arrived and went straight to the same lady and she was even worst that she was with me . Hellooooo if you're not working. What are you doing in the front Counter in such us posture? Where is the customer Service in this company? . even though she is not working she does not have to be rude. There is a lot of people outside there willing to work

Great place all your pharmacy needs and the extended hours for last minutes items needed.

HORRIBLE! A very long line and only 1 cashier taking customers. Every other employee just hanging around.
