This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. My daughter had eye surgery today early in the morning I stopped by to pick up her medication at 4:00 PM, and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited in the store, but after 15 minutes had passed, the medication still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting for a full hour, only for them to tell me that they didn't have the medication and that I should come back tomorrow afternoon. My daughter needs her medicine, and this pharmacy just made me wait for an hour for absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable.

No one was helpful. No bathroom key. Seems to be lost. Theres no master key, no real management no control. At night young redhead was on her phone scrolling every 30 seconds and ignored my clear polite ask for help. Walked right by me as if she didnt care. The new gen’s customer service skills are totally shot and need reeducation about what those skills are and how to go about achieving them so that you get happy customers.

Consistently poor customer service at the pharmacy counter in this CVS. Pharmacy staff are often engaged in personal conversations and respond to basic questions with impatience or an argumentative attitude. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a pattern. If you’re looking to argue, this seems to be the place. Otherwise, expect a frustrating experience. Customers deserve professionalism and respect—management needs to address this.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy Department. I had to go in the other day cause I usually go though drive thru but the parking lot was closed. So I went inside, the first girl is attending me, and all the sudden she walks away to do something else . Later there's this older lady with an attitude she didn't even want to help me , hardly look at me while talking to me . Rude! I Spoke English and she is only speaking Spanish like , Really! Total Mess all over . Horrible!!!!!!!

I understand that we all going to thru some stuff specially at the end of our shift. But the manager of the pharmacy was very rude and he gave me an attitude. Yes I came like minutes before the pharmacy was close and I understand. Some of us dont have all the time to come pick up our medicine. I belive that if you take this type of carrer you need to have patient with the people and he had zero patience.
