My experience unfortunately isn’t the best , my first visit my car was broken into by breaking my car window and stealing my purse with wallet etc. When I went to get help from any employee at the cvs they were very hesitant and when I asked for camera footage they said they didn’t have in there parking lot in the direction where my car was parked …which was right out front in a well lit area. Strange! That being said it’s a dangerous location, open 24 hours. I still have ptsd from the experience. The store is clean and usually stocked but difficult to find products.

I am a provider trying to send a prescription to a patient of mine while I’m out the country and nobody answers the phone at the pharmacy nor the store, so just a voicemail asks you to leave a voicemail with the prescription instructions a. Such terrible system and response. This is not safe at all since prescription could go wrong due to accents of people and names pronunciation. Please CVS do better.
