Store is very well located & convenient, BUT CVS maintains this store poorly. Self-check out registers have been out of service for days, and coupon / member machine for at least 4 months. Gets the job done, but expect long wait at busy times. CVS - you can do better!

Stopped into this CVS around 2am after my buddy's car broke down nearby and we were walking around the South Beach area trying to figure things out. Both of our phones were nearly dead and the staff were really cool about letting us charge them for a bit. It might seem like a small thing, but that kind of help in the middle of the night when you're dealing with a situation like that goes a long way. Really appreciated the kindness and the chill attitude from the staff. Solid spot.

The majority of the staff were very polite , friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for the same amount/ transaction. At the moment, it has not been resolved. I am disabled, in pain, and had to catch my flight. I was unable to return to the store to consult with the operations manager. She was very helpful and was trying her best to resolve the situation. I trust that CVS will refund me my money.

This is absolutely *not* a real CVS. There's no pharmacy. And you won't find any of the usual over the counter drug store items like cold remedies, first aid, etc., etc. Instead, it's entirely full of tourist supplies like food and beach gear. So it's wildly misleading to call this a CVS pharmacy.
