I got there 7:59 and the pharmacy was close already, I saw the employees inside but they said system was close and felt more like they just want it to leave… the girl even close the door in my face.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to this CVS pharmacy. An item I wanted was locked behind a security case and nobody came to help me despite my attempts to get assistance. I pressed the call button repeatedly and even had to go to the register to ask, but the employees were unwilling to help and treated me poorly. The store was not busy — it was raining outside — so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. This has become a recurring problem: I often think twice before buying something that is kept locked because I know it will be a hassle, and many times I leave without purchasing anything to avoid the frustration. I expect better customer service from CVS. Please address this issue and ensure staff are attentive and ready to assist customers so no one else has to go through the same experience. Thank you for your attention.

I’ve been a CVS customer since the company first came to Miami, and I have never been treated in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, Google requires at least one star to post a review, otherwise I would not have selected one. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

I have stopped here multiple times and have been impressed. Twice I have asked for help and both times the staff were friendly and were very helpful. The staff on the floor not only act professionally they're also dressed professionally. Will stop here again without hesitation.
