Recently I had to pick up prescriptions for a family member while they were away for training for a month. When I picked up the prescription the people at CVS failed to inform me that the prescription needed to be refrigerated. Because it wasn't my prescription I didn't read it. About a month later I had to pick up the same prescription again, still no one informed me that it needed to be refrigerated. So they sat in their room until they returned home. I went to CVS recently and told them what happened, and suggested to the clerk that someone should mention when a prescription needed to be refrigerated. The pharmacist showed me another prescription that had REF on the label, which apparently means refrigerate, for all I know it could mean reference or refill some code they would use when filling a prescription. He suggested that I should know what it means. I stated I do not work here, and REF means nothing to me. If people aren't informed about what REF means, how would they know it means refrigerate. As I stated before it wasn't my prescription so I didn't read the label, and if I did read it how would I know REF means refrigerate and not some code they use when filling prescriptions. They don't actually ask if you have any questions anymore from what I've experienced, they just take your payment and hand you the prescription. The pharmacist doesn't seem to engage with people. You would think when someone has a new prescription the pharmacist or someone would ask you if you have any questions about it. That doesn't seem to be happening when I go there, they take payment hand you the bag that's it.

Want to apologize to the worker whome I just interrupted in conversation with a coworker who felt her conversation merited a attitude for calling you to a register to check an old lady out who had been standing at the register since I walked into your establishment,than to be rude is beyond all means customers are who pays you all if this is your best I can forsee you being closed bye corporate as well..... Customers come first not pretending to stock shelves so you can be with a buddy!!!

Terrrrrible every time. Pharmacy wait times. They don’t fill orders on time. Have to visit them over and over. I had a 45 minute wait last week and 20 minutes with a repeat visit today needed. CVS as a business closed nearby stores to funnel orders here but did not increase staff. So I’m frustrated with the people here, but also frustrated with corporate for making it worse. After today we have started looking for another pharmacy to use.

The pharmacy tech Kareena was very professional and kind. Very efficient and knowledgeable, probably the most respectful one I've met since going to this location.
