I find the store has more sales of items I need. The pharmacy is efficient when I need to go for relatives. Best is the care card, making cw it easy to use coupons and deals. I appreciate the self checkout, using the care card to remind me of the deals, and the efficient process of paying.

I went there this morning to buy medicine for myself. I went to self checkout not knowing I would need my ID for simple purchase of dayquil and benedryl. So when asked to present an id I asked the lady could she put in my birthday. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk off. I then asked to speak with a manager she proceeded to say she is one. I said I am a manger and thats not a way to treat customers. She then proceeded to say you should've asked me the proper way. I asked do I look 18 meanwhile I have an 8 year old child with me she proceeds to say I don't know. This argumentative and arrogant behavior is not needed for just getting cold medicine when I am 30 years old. She needs to be retrained for customer service. Aruging with customers rolling eyes and walking off when being asked something is not professional and also not a nice enviroment to walk into especially while being sick. She was working today at 11:45 am. Hope you all can do better with hires because everyone else is great.

I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the pharmacy staff at CVS, 6005 St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, FL 32217 for delivering one of the most exceptional customer experiences my wife and I have ever had. We recently visited this location to receive our immunizations, and from start to finish, the entire process was beyond amazing. The team here is truly outstanding. I want to especially recognize Rico, who went above and beyond to make our immunizations quick, seamless, and completely stress-free. His professionalism, kindness, and efficiency were remarkable. We simply cannot thank him enough. I also want to acknowledge Rodney and Justin, who were equally impressive. They were attentive, supportive, and incredibly patient with every customer who walked into the pharmacy. You can genuinely see how much pride they take in serving the community. It is rare to find a pharmacy staff that works with such compassion, teamwork, and dedication. This CVS location has set a new standard for customer service, and we are deeply grateful for the care we received. Thank you, Rico, Rodney, and Justin — you all are truly phenomenal!

I ordered vitamins online and it said buy one get one free,it had the price or bogo, that's not how I'm use to ordering,the free item always should be automatically placed in the cart. They don't do it that way

Theyve pretty much eliminated anything to buy here. It's like a store that specializes in low volume items that nobody buys, and close 20 minutes early every day. Walgreens across the street has everything for literally half the price.
