Go to Walgreens across the street the young girl that works there is the worst worker most miserable worker I have ever seen she is miserable all the time has a nasty look on her face all the time acts annoyed if she has to actually do some sort of work if she doesn't like working or being around or dealing with people she needs to go find a hole somewhere in an office with no windows I won't go back to that store ever again. If you want extremely friendly service and very nice people go right across the street to Walgreens. The funny part is she's probably a manager if that's the case then the store is doomed if that is not the case the management really needs to rethink their employees situation.

I usually don't have any issues when I pick up prescriptions at this CVS; however, today exhibited poor customer service. I went to pick up a prescription and the young woman was already having difficulty locating the prescription. She continued to return multiple times to the monitor and finally after five minutes she retreved the package. I was in the process of finishing up the payment when a Caucasian gentleman came to the desk and entered his information in the kiosk.The woman stopped in the process of helping me and helped this gentleman. She retrieved his information, got his prescription and checked him out; then she came over to finish completing my checkout. When I confronted her about her lack of customer service her response was, "This gentleman was sicker so I waited on him first." Now, one more minute would not have made this gentleman any sicker than he already was. It was bad enough that she had a hard time understanding what and who's prescriotion to get which led to a longer wait time. Now, this woman was wearing a hijab and I understand that our cultures are quite different but customer service should be across the board and this woman clearly dismissed the fact that I was standing there, lacks the appropriate training needed to perform her job effectively or does what she wants. I'm rating my experience a two star, only because my prescription was ready as promised otherwise, it would be a one star based on this woman's lack of credibility.

Do not even try to call them ,this used to be a great place not anymore. The prices are sky high on everything, you cant call and speak to anyone. When you try to call it makes you enter a birthday then says its not correct. The least user friendly, pharmacy staff is not nice! They are not helpful . I have spoken to many of them with they dont care. The pharmacist says if you don't have insurance dont even come there because its so unaffordable. Trying to call about my mother's non narcotic mental health medication that is so beyond important and cant get an option to talk or even leave a voicemale like it used to. Its sad and uncalled for. The make up I been buying for my mom has went up 3 dollars and they made that the standard price for every single base there. Like its a hard no for me. Im switching my entire family of 12 to another pharmacist today! After 24 years with this cvs I can say we have had enough!

I wish I would have caught her name but a woman with a pink bob helped me out tuesday in the photo department around 2. She gets 10 stars she was able to answer my questions and her costumer service was exemplary even suggested something I totally forgot about that day! Give her a raise its not the companies but the people that make a company great.

No the best customer service provided at the pharmacy registers inside of store. The drive thru was okay. But prefer my regular CVS pharmacy. I hope not to have to go back to this one again. Thanks!
